Oh My Gulay! Urban Gardening Essentials

This program introduces participants to the fundamentals of growing food in small and accessible spaces. Designed for homes, schools, and urban communities, GrowBox equips learners with practical knowledge in planting, maintaining, and harvesting crops using simple, low-cost methods. Through hands-on activities, participants gain confidence in producing their own food while developing awareness of sustainability, food security, and responsible resource use. The program empowers individuals and families to take the first step toward self-sufficiency and healthier living.

Seed To Table

This immersive, full-day program provides participants with a complete understanding of the food production cycle—from seed to table. Through guided, hands-on experiences, learners engage in planting, transplanting, harvesting, and preparing food, allowing them to experience how food is grown and produced. The program strengthens practical agricultural skills while deepening appreciation for food systems, sustainability, and the effort behind every meal. By the end of the experience, participants develop a stronger connection to food, the environment, and their role within it.

Bamboo Propagation, Treatment & Construction

BAMBUILD introduces bamboo as a sustainable, versatile, and practical material for environmental and community-based solutions. Participants learn the full process—from propagation and treatment to basic construction—through hands-on application. The program builds both technical skills and environmental awareness, demonstrating how renewable resources can be used for building, design, and livelihood opportunities. By combining sustainability with practical construction experience, learners gain skills that can be applied in real-world settings.

Bamboo SmartGrow Systems (Hydroponics)

 This program introduces participants to hydroponics using bamboo as a sustainable and accessible building material. Learners explore how to grow plants using water-based nutrient systems while designing and constructing their own hydroponic systems from bamboo. Through hands-on activities, participants gain practical knowledge in both hydroponic farming and sustainable construction, demonstrating how locally available materials can be used to create efficient and innovative food production systems. The program encourages creativity, problem-solving, and environmental stewardship while providing skills that can be applied in real-world settings.

AquaGrow Systems (Aquaponics)

AquaGrow Systems introduces participants to integrated farming systems that combine fish cultivation and plant production in a sustainable, closed-loop ecosystem. Participants learn how water, nutrients, fish, and plants work together to create an efficient and balanced food production system. Through demonstrations and guided activities, learners develop an understanding of ecological relationships, resource efficiency, and system design. The program promotes systems thinking and introduces innovative approaches to sustainable agriculture.

CycleGrow: Composting & Soil Regeneration

CycleGrow focuses on transforming organic waste into valuable, nutrient-rich resources through composting. Participants learn practical methods of waste segregation, compost system setup, and maintenance. By turning waste into soil, the program promotes environmental responsibility, reduces landfill impact, and supports sustainable food production. Through hands-on activities, learners gain a deeper understanding of natural cycles and their role in building healthier ecosystems and communities.

DigitalGrow: Computer & AI Foundations

DigitalGrow equips participants with essential digital skills for learning, productivity, and future opportunities. The program covers computer fundamentals, basic software such as Microsoft tools, and commonly used digital platforms. It also introduces participants to emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, and how these tools can support learning, creativity, and problem-solving. Through guided practice, learners build confidence in navigating the digital world responsibly and effectively.

AgriPreneur introduces participants to the fundamentals of business, with a focus on agriculture and home-based enterprises. In an Amazing Race-style challenge, participants solved real-world agri-problems across stations, from pest management to water scarcity—highlighting teamwork, creativity, and sustainability.
