Built by farmers. Powered by youth.
Changing agriculture; one school at a time, one student at a time.

Our Story
Our Story started in the quiet isolation of the pandemic. What began as a small community effort to simply grow food in uncertain times quickly took root. We started small—teaching the basics of urban farming to just one class. But the students showed us what was really possible. They didn't just want to sit and listen; they wanted to take action. They were eager to get their hands in the soil and help solve the food challenges in their own neighborhoods. That one class proved that young people aren't just waiting for the future—they are ready to lead it right now. Today, our mission continues to expand across the world, proving that when young people are invited to lead the change, an entire generation will rise to sustain it.
Vision
We dream of a world where children don’t just have enough to eat, but have enough to dream. Where hunger is transformed into hunger for knowledge, growth, and change.
Mission
To provide free, accessible experiential education that equips youth worldwide with practical, future-ready skills. We cultivate this change by immersing students in hands-on agricultural and environmental programs, fostering community-driven partnerships, and teaching sustainable practices that empower the next generation to lead and feed their communities.
What We Do & Why It Matters
Grow School provides free, accessible agricultural and environmental education to children and youth. We turn nature into an active laboratory. Through hands-on training in regenerative farming, innovation, and agribusiness, we equip them with the science, strategy, and seed they need to secure their own futures.”
“We believe young people are the answer to our food security challenges. Through free farm education, we are transforming vulnerable children into empowered leaders, shifting their reality from merely surviving to actively thriving. Instead of standing by as passive observers of a struggling agricultural system, they are stepping up as the primary food producers, innovators, and breadwinners their households desperately need. We are equipping a new generation with the tools to take charge, secure our food system, and grow a sustainable future.

Our School
In the beginning, we brought the farm to the students. We traveled from school to school, planting temporary urban gardens in concrete yards. But we realized that to truly rewrite the future of agriculture, our students needed a permanent place to grow.
It started as a small-scale model: a vision of what a sustainable future could look like. Today, that vision stands over 20 feet tall. Built by local Filipino farmers out of sustainable bamboo and powered by solar energy. We are no longer just a pop-up classroom. We are a grounded, living sanctuary where the next generation of agricultural leaders are taking root.
Trivia: Grow School in Nasugbu, Batangas, Philippines is shaped like the Salakot (the traditional farmer's hat) to honor our unsung heroes.
